Ushucha (Traditional method)
1. Sift 1 to 2 tea spoons (2 to 3g) of matcha into 90 ml of hot water (70 - 80℃).
2. Whisk for 15-30 seconds in a M (zig-zag) motion until frothy. Enjoy!
Matcha Latte (Popular choice)
1. Sift 3 to 4 tea spoons (4 to 5g) of Yasu Matcha into 30ml of hot water (70℃).
2. Whisk for 15-30 seconds in a M (zig-zag) motion until frothy.
3. Pour your choice of milk and sweetener and enjoy hot or iced!
