  • Step 1

    Sift 3 - 4 tea spoons (4 - 5g) of Yasugi Matcha into 30ml of hot water (70℃)

  • Step 2

    Using a chasen, whisk for 15 - 30 seconds in a M (zig-zag) motion until frothy

  • Step 3

    Pour your choice of milk and sweetener and enjoy hot or iced!

    Dairy or oat milk recommended for those who prefer creamier texture.
